Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not quite right, you have a full 30 days to return it — and return shipping is always free.

Our 30-Day Return Window

You may return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items should be in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are free of charge — we provide a prepaid shipping label for every return within the United States.

How to Request a Return — Step by Step

  1. Start your return

    Email support@vicitacore.com or call +1 (800) 555-0199 with your order number (found in your confirmation email). Our team will set up your return right away.

  2. Receive your prepaid label

    We will email you a free prepaid return shipping label within one business day. If you prefer, we can mail a printed label to your home address.

  3. Pack your item

    Place the item back in its original packaging if possible, with tags attached. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

  4. Drop it off

    Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location, or schedule a free at-home pickup by calling our care team. No printing required if you request a QR code.

  5. Receive your refund

    Once we receive your return, we inspect and process it within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Times

After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. Once processed, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you a confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are glad to exchange your item at no extra cost. Simply let us know the replacement you would like when you start your return, and we will ship it as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
