Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are carefully processed and dispatched quickly so your Vicitacore pieces arrive when you expect them.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods, Times & Pricing
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times below are estimates that begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all US orders of $75 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@vicitacore.com or +1 (800) 555-0199.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time we ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. Some carriers may apply additional transit time for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Every order is insured. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
